Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our top clients in North Haven, CT.
As a Project Coordinator placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for the project coordination of graphic design and technical communications artwork development and approval processes, including project definition, translation management, and label review!
Education Required: 4 year college degree preferred (or equivalent).
Years of Experience Required: 2 years preferred.
Top three must haves:
- Excellent communication and organizations skills.
- Working knowledge of PC software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.
- Ability to work with department peers and middle-management within the marketing, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
Responsible for the project coordination of graphic design and technical communications artwork development and approval processes, including project definition, translation management, and label review. Projects include R&D product development, sustaining activities, new acquisitions, and manufacturing transfers for all products produced by the Company Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. Must ensure customer requirements are met and standardization of artwork development process in order to comply with Medtronic design standards.
Ensures customer requirements necessary for the generation of label copy for product documentation, packaging, and product artwork. Works closely with functional areas to define labeling requirements and project expectations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal regulations and standards, and addressing questions from project teams.
Effectively manages multiple projects, changes in project scope, and shifting priorities in order to maintain project requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
Manages label review meetings to obtain approvals and/or answer questions related to artwork.
